Backoffice Medewerker

Het Operations team is het hart van ons bedrijf. Als Backoffice Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles van het in ontvangst nemen van orders de correcte verwerking en levering daarvan tot de kwaliteitscontrole van de orders. Kortom: het gehele bestelproces ligt in jouw handen! Naast een groot aantal technische aanspreekpunten sta je vaak direct in contact met onze leveranciers en klanten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het tijdig verwerken en leveren van (digitale) campagnes voor ons grote netwerk van ruim 2000 mediakanalen (denk aan Job boards zoals LinkedIn of Indeed). Je bent de interface tussen leveranciers en interne afdelingen (bijvoorbeeld Sales Customer Success Finance en Inkoop).
• Het opbouwen van gezonde klantrelaties doordat jij hun een uitstekende klantervaring biedt door middel van eersteklas ondersteuning. 
• Het netjes en accuraat documenteren van elke stap van de orderverwerking in een van onze applicaties zoals Salesforce.
• Het meewerken aan procesoptimalisatie en ondersteunen van het team bij het verder automatiseren van het opleveringsproces van de campagnes.

• Je hebt een diploma (bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van marketing communicatie) op zak.
• Je kunt al een eerste ervaring aantonen in de backoffice orderbeheer of klantenservice (bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving).
• Of het nu per e-mail of per telefoon is: je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Duits zou een grote pré zijn!
• Je analytische manier van denken en technische kennis onderscheiden je.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office Google Workspace en Salesforce is een groot pluspunt.

Ons kantoor bevindt zich direct in het centrum van Rotterdam. En hoewel we een hybrid werkcultuur hebben - met veel thuiswerken en flexibele werktijden - werken we minimaal twee dagen op kantoor met het gehele team!
