Job Summary
At Syntegon we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex international customer projects in the packaging and pharmaceutical industries. From order acceptance through delivery and warranty closure you are responsible for the projects success. You operate at both strategic and operational levels collaborate with global teams and oversee quality scheduling and financial performance.
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead large international customer projects from start to finish meaning from order acceptance to delivery and you will also be responsible for:
- Flawless execution within time budget scope and quality.
- Maintaining communication with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary project teams and fostering a performance-driven team culture.
- Monitoring technical execution (design assembly installation commissioning) and ensuring smooth handover to service and training teams.
- Identifying risks and managing changes claims and contractual obligations.
- Overseeing margins cost control and payment milestones.
- Continuously improving processes and projects with attention to sustainability and compliance.

Qualifications :
In addition to holding a completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Technical Management or Business Administration you also have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the packaging pharmaceutical or a related industry.
- Project management certification (PMP IPMA C/D) is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a bonus.
- Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Experience in large line- or system integration projects
- 5 years of project management experience in packaging pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Certified in Project Management like Prince2 Agile PMP IMPA
