WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Monitor and manage the queue of commercial-related cases to ensure SLAs are met and cases are resolved on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with the STL to support the new VAMs onboarding process
- Assist VAMs concern on SOP issues raised by vendors and objection handling.
- Monitor the Daily Productivity Report & Target List sheet and ensure that VAMs are updating it.
- Facilitating sessions with TL/STL new process and improvement tools.
- Cross-functional market support the incumbent needs to study and understand trends across all support markets.
- Perform Senior Commercial Executive tasks as per job description. The target is 50% of VAM capacity.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 2 to 3 years experience within a client management role.
- Able to communicate in English effectively an added advantage for the ability to speak read & write in Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Be both data-sentive and sales-mined.
- Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- An excellent communicator with a consultative-sale approach.
- A strong relationship builder target-oriented resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
- Willing to take on additional tasks assign from the TL/ STL
