The Role
Sandi Solutions is seeking a freelance Marketing Project Manager / Producer for our client. This role will keep marketing work organized and moving forward by coordinating across design copy web and external partners. You ll be the hub that ensures projects stay on track briefs are tightened timelines are realistic and approvals happen on schedule.

Responsibilities
Manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns content and launches.
Coordinate across design copy web and external partners.
Ensure briefs are clear timelines are realistic and expectations are aligned.
Run project check-ins share updates and flag risks early.
Keep assets feedback and approvals organized and flowing smoothly.
Track progress in project tools (Asana Trello Notion etc.) and keep documentation updated.
Support the marketing team with ad-hoc requests quick turnarounds and experiments.
Help optimize processes to make marketing production more efficient over time.
Requirements
Experience managing marketing and/or creative projects end-to-end
Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in english both written and spoken
Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Proactive detail-oriented and solutions-focused
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana Trello or Notion
- Bonus: experience working with web or digital production teams
