Proactive and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms with a strong focus on X (Twitter) Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will excel in content planning copywriting community engagement and campaign management while leveraging SEO and HubSpot tools to optimize performance. With a particular emphasis on tailoring strategies to the Saudi market this role is key to driving measurable growth enhancing brand visibility and fostering meaningful engagement with our audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across platforms with a strong focus on X (Twitter) Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Planning and creating engaging localized content tailored to the Saudi market.
- Writing compelling copy for posts captions and campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.
- Managing community interactions including responding to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Overseeing end-to-end social media campaigns from concept to execution and reporting.
- Monitoring performance metrics analyzing results and adjusting strategies to drive measurable growth.
- Staying up to date with social media trends platform updates and competitor activities to optimize performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing design communications and business units) to align social media activities with overall business goals.
- Ensuring all content and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines while also adapting strategies for the local Saudi audience.
- Leveraging SEO best practices to increase content visibility and improve search rankings.
- Utilizing HubSpot tools for social media publishing campaign tracking lead management and performance reporting.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of proven experience in managing and growing corporate social media accounts especially on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and its application to social media strategies.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (social media management analytics and campaign automation).
- BA degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Saudi Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated success in community management campaign execution and audience engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HubSpot Analytics LinkedIn Analytics Twitter Analytics Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create adapt and localize content to resonate with Saudi and regional audiences.
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to design innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
