Job Description
Car setup and pit stop operations
Work closely with N1 mechanic chief Mechanic and Race Engineers to implement setup changes and ensure vehicle reliability.
executing lightning-fast pit stop operations meticulous maintenance and repair and quick troubleshooting of mechanical or technical issues.
Teamwork and collaboration
serve as a vital link communicating with race engineers to ensure that the cars mechanical aspects align with the teams strategic goals.
Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors.
Qualifications :
Relevant Experience working with Formula race cars in F1 or similar F2-F3 international racing series.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bespoke vehicle setups.
Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
Willingness to travel globally and adapt to dynamic schedules.
Available to travel extensively as required.
