As a Restaurant Guest Relations team member you will set the tone for every guest interaction ensuring seamless coordination and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.

Guest Welcome & Service Excellence
Greet guests warmly provide courteous service and manage check-ins and seating efficiently.
Respond accurately to guest inquiries regarding hotel services dining options and local attractions.
Reservations & Coordination
Answer phones and take reservations maintaining precise records in the reservation system.
Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements avoiding overbooking and ensuring smooth service flow.
Monitor guest profiles VIP arrivals and special requests to deliver personalized attention.
Station & Team Support
Assist with preparation of station charts assign stations and guide servers and support staff in achieving optimal table setup.
Collaborate with Food and Beverage Management to maintain a welcoming efficient and professional restaurant environment.
Operational Standards & Guest Satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness organization and sanitation of the host station and assigned work areas.
Ensure menus and wine lists are clean updated and well-stocked at all times.
Address guest complaints promptly resolving concerns with care and professionalism.

Qualifications :
Experience
Prior experience in hospitality ideally within a high-end or luxury environment required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Fluent in English both spoken and written. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
Availability
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays in line with business needs.
