As a Bellperson you will be the ambassador of hospitality creating memorable first and last impressions while ensuring seamless transitions into the extraordinary experiences our guests enjoy. Your warmth efficiency and attention to detail will set the tone for every guests stay.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within our team our people always find new ways to look after the business our guests and their colleagues. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:

Guest Welcome & Arrival Experience

• Provide a warm and gracious greeting to all guests upon arrival creating a positive first impression.

• Assist guests with luggage transport to and from their rooms efficiently and safely.

• Help guests settle into their accommodations ensuring comfort and a seamless check-in experience.

Transportation & Local Expertise

• Arrange for transportation services such as taxis shuttles or private transfers.

• Offer accurate and thoughtful information on local attractions dining options and hotel amenities.

Package & Mail Handling

• Receive deliver and manage guest packages mail and other items with care ensuring security and timely delivery.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a key link between guests and hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring seamless coordination of services.

• Collaborate with colleagues across operations to anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and professionally.

This role is an invitation to create memorable first and last impressions. As a Bellperson you will set the tone for an unforgettable stay ensuring every guest feels welcomed valued and cared for from arrival to departure.

Qualifications :

• Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry preferably in luxury or high-end properties required.

• Skills & Attributes

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor demonstrating warmth attentiveness and efficiency in guest interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of service.

• Advanced proficiency in English both spoken and written; additional languages are highly desirable.

• Licenses & Certifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean record and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

• Availability

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays in accordance with departmental needs.
