Demichef di Cucina Stagione 2026

In accordo e sotto la supervisione del Capopartita la risorsa:
- è responsabile per lesecuzione della propria partita
- sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
- misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
- collabora con il resto della brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio

In agreement and under the supervision of the Station Chef the resource:
- is responsible for the execution of his own game
- chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
- measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
- check the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
- supports the brigade in case of need
- collaborates with the rest of the brigade in tidying up and cleaning their workplace at the end of the service
 

Qualifications :

- È richiesta unesperienza di almeno 2 anni in strutture di lusso di pari livello.
- Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di base della cucina italiana e gourmet
- Rispetto degli standard di igiene sul lavoro e personali
- Serietà responsabilità e passione
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- possesso HACCP

- At least 2 years of experience in luxury facilities of the same level is required.
- Good knowledge of the basic techniques of Italian cuisine and gourmet
- Compliance with workplace and personal hygiene standards
- Reliability responsibility and passion
- Propensity to work in a team
- possession of HACCP
