Role Purpose
This role will be part of Human Resources. This is a key role in supporting HR Operations and delivering key results and processes aligned to the policies.
The role Oversees Pan India Employee Life Cycle and provide support to our employees.
HR Operations lead responsibilities include maintaining internal HR systems and implementing new company policies from the operations standpoint. Ultimately the role will ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Accountabilities
- Guide the HR operations team and lead HR compliance initiatives.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Support the entire employee lifecycle and assist teams in day-to-day HR tasks.
- Set objectives for the CG team and track progress
- Review and approve or modify vendors CD balances with respect to life insurances and employee health.
- Monitor review and prepare HR Dashboard
- Recommend and drive automation of HR operations process.
- Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Review and approve operational requirements
- Act as a consultant to business and CG regarding policies and procedures
- To administer and update insurance policies with joiner and leaver- Future Generali.
- To review and update all BGV cases.
- To assist in maintaining and updating employee files containing all employment-related information
- To assist in preparing letters of employment and check for any deviations.
- To handle administration processes including supporting employee in Workday and undertaking employee conversations to ensure that associated payroll processes are completed
- To prepare MIS reports to assist with the management and HR team - BGV/FADV/Snow tickets
- Support in any audit requirements and/or reporting as required.
- Contract renewals and vendor management- FADV/BGV/Apollo clinics/FG.
- To provide general administration support to the CG team as required
- Ensure all employee relation documentation in relation are accurate documented and saved on employee personal files.
- Ensure policy and procedures are updated in the intranet.
Competencies required / expected in the role
- At least 5 years work experience as an HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal written and numeracy skills
- Experience using MS tools at a professional capacity
- Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes
- Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information

Desirable:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Language Mandatory & preferable: English and Hindi
