Job Summary

What will you do

Mapping and analyzing business needs and processes to support the development of digital products and data-driven solutions.
Creating specifications for IT development projects especially for digital platforms and data-centric features (e.g. user stories use cases).
Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements and expectations.
Defining KPIs metrics and reporting needs to enable performance monitoring and continuous optimization of digital products/solutions.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

Experience in an IT Business Analyst role ideally with exposure to data-driven projects or digital product development.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and bridging the gap between business and IT.
Solid understanding of data concepts familiarity with BI tools reporting needs and data platform fundamentals.
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum Kanban) collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers data engineers and product managers.
Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML BPMN) is an advantage.
Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate English proficiency both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

Experience in supporting the end-to-end implementation of digital products and services from initial concept through to go-live.
Understand and support the operation of data-driven solutions including Business Intelligence (BI) tools Data Warehouses (DWH) and AI-powered systems.
