Job Description

The Medical Representative is responsible for achieving the assigned commercial objectives in line with the companys strategy. This includes driving sales ensuring the correct positioning of Santens products and brands and maintaining strong relationships with key clients such as physicians pharmacies and opticians. The role requires a high level of independence initiative and collaboration with internal teams to contribute to the overall profitability and reputation of the company.

What You Will Do:

  • Promote Santens pharmaceutical and OTC product portfolio to physicians pharmacies and opticians through regular in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to increase product awareness and adoption.
  • Ensure product availability by supporting appropriate stock levels in pharmacies and opticians.
  • Organize and participate in local and regional educational events and product presentations.
  • Attend national and if required international congresses company meetings and training sessions.
  • Collect promotional orders and conclude annual contracts with pharmacies and opticians.
  • Deliver and hand over product samples and donations.
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks such as expense reports visit documentation monthly reports and planning activities.
  • Fulfill responsibilities related to pharmacovigilance including the collection and forwarding of safety reports and participation in trainings.

Qualifications :

  • Higher education (Bachelors degree or equivalent).
  • Valid Category B driving license.
  • Prior experience in sales preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Strong English language skills are a significant plus.
