Job Summary

Position Key Responsibilities:

       Communication with Customers Suppliers and Trainers/ Facilitators using modern Digital tools

       Assisting in Programs/ Seminars Scheduling & Administration about 70% of our  programs are in Virtual Instructor Led seminars and 30% in Face to face programs

       Seminar Materials Printing & Packaging Coordination

       Seminar Evaluations / Measurement Administration

       Preparing Presentations & Reports for Clients

       Assisting in preparing marketing materials & campaigns

       Maintain a working knowledge of the companys various products and services

Office Support may include Responsibilities such as:

         Call Center Management

         Overall responsibility for the functioning/appearance/organization of the office

         Office support to the management/consulting team with the daily agenda

         Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence

         Digital filing duties

         Expense filing and tracking and cooperation with the Accounting Services

         Ad hoc duties (internal & external) as needed


Qualifications :

The candidates should have the following qualifications:

         Technical (TEI/IEK) University Degree preferably in a Business Area (Business Administration Marketing Human Resources Finance Social Sciences)

         Fluency in both Greek and English

         Computer literacy (Excellent use of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint)

Social media management and use of other communication platforms is a must

         Knowledge of Graphic Design software would be considered an asset

         3-5 years Experience in a similar role

         Willing and able to handle a variety of duties often under pressure
