The Role
As our Events Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning managing and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
- Lead the planning and execution of conferences meetings private events and social functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales F&B Rooms Division and external partners
- Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury creativity and attention to detail
- Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
- Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
