The Role

As our Events Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning managing and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
  • Lead the planning and execution of conferences meetings private events and social functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales F&B Rooms Division and external partners
  • Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury creativity and attention to detail
  • Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning

Qualifications :

  • You are an ambitious polished and proactive professional with a natural flair for luxury service and exceptional organisational skills

    You will bring

  • Experience in planning and executing MICE and/or high-end social events preferably in a luxury setting
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with high-profile and international clients
  • A strong sense of initiative ownership and creative problem-solving
  • A client-focused mindset with unwavering attention to detail
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience working for a global hospitality brand is a strong advantage
