As Internal Communications Manager you will help strengthen engagement and alignment within Global Publishing by ensuring employees have access to clear relevant and engaging information. You will contribute to the management of internal communication channels the creation of compelling content and the organization of initiatives that bring teams together. Based in Paris and reporting to the Internal and Executive Communication Director you will work closely with colleagues across the group to support knowledge sharing visibility and collaboration within an international environment.
What Youll Do
- Plan and deliver internal communication content that supports Global Publishings strategy and keeps teams informed aligned and motivated.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for intranet newsletters and other channels to ensure consistent timely messaging.
- Produce content in multiple formats (written articles images infographics videos) to make projects visible and share knowledge across the organization.
- Manage the Spotlight program: organize promote and follow-up on our internal conference series to highlight global publishing projects and cross-team learning.
- Manage and update our SharePoint as our primary internal platform: ensure content is structured accessible user-friendly and supports search & navigation. Work with IT/digital teams for improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g. intranet visits newsletter open/click rates event attendance feedback) and use insights to refine content formats and channels.
- Organize internal events and gatherings coordinating logistics creative input and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with HR publishing teams and other stakeholders to ensure communication is aligned accurate and relevant.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Communications Journalism Marketing or related field.
- A solid experience in internal communications or related role ideally in a medium or large global organization.
- Strong written verbal analytical presentation and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
- Fluent in English written and spoken (near native)
- Good experience planning and managing newsletters and editorial workflows.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or equivalent intranet platforms is a plus.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Proactive organized able to take initiative and anticipate communication needs.
- Good project management skills; able to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
