Your new team
Our Solutions for Industry Global Service Line is part of Ramboll Energy working at the forefront of addressing green transition and offering a holistic approach that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions. You will be part of an exceptional technical environment with over 600 passionate colleagues internationally. The discipline is highly experienced and delivers engineering and consultancy services on a global scale within the energy sector.
The local energy business in Finland comprises 30 experts from different energy disciplines. Your position would be in the newly founded and growing Solutions for Industry team as one of the first specialists.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Sales
- Supporting sales participating in customer activities
- Tender work as part of sales team
- Project planning and execution
- Responsible for and leading the planning and implementation of the project implementation
- Makes the total budget and forecast of the projects and monitors them during the project
- Responsible for the project as a whole and leading cooperation between sub-projects
- PMO role
- Supports junior project managers in projects
- Engineering quality assurance control
- Responsible for the development of project activities
- Development of project activities
- Responsible for the development of project activities
- Supporting global cooperation
- Ensure one Ramboll services in Nordic countries (RFI RSE RNO)
- Prepare capability for large cross-country projects
Portion of sales and project work will be adjusted according to the current project status of the department.
The preferred location is Espoo but other office locations in Finland can be considered for the right candidate.
About you

For this position the minimum requirements are:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing energy sector projects related to industrial processes fuels CCUS or general decarbonization
- Software skills not required but knowledge of project management and scheduling software is a plus
- Fluent in Finnish and English
