Job Description
Working in our Architecture Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) Department you will play a key role in building our new Global MDM Team.
We are looking for an MDM Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture of a global Master Data Management (MDM) implementation. You will ensure scalability performance and compliance while aligning with enterprise standards. Acting as the programs technical authority you will define data flows integration models and security frameworks to drive adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the MDM solution architecture (data models workflows integrations).
- Translate business needs into robust scalable designs.
- Select configure and optimize the MDM platform.
- Design integration strategies (batch APIs ETL/ELT) with systems like ERP CRM Finance and Analytics.
- Enforce governance data quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance Data Owners Stewards).
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in large-scale MDM projects.
- Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (Informatica SAP MDG Reltio Stibo IBM etc.).
- Expertise in data modeling integration and API architectures.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and cloud integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance quality and master data domains.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF Zachman etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and their data services.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures microservices and streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka).
- Background in data security identity management and regulatory compliance (GDPR SOX etc.).
- Prior experience working in Agile delivery models with cross-functional global teams
