Job Summary

Working in our Architecture Intelligence and Technology Department (AI&T) you will play a key role in the configuration of our new Global MDM Team.

We are seeking a MDM Scrum Master to support the execution of MDM (Master Data Management) and/or any other projects ensuring success implementations. This role will ensure Agile practices are effectively applied project activities are well coordinated and progress is tracked across global teams. Acting as a key facilitator the Scrum Master will help the Leads in planning reporting and stakeholder communication to guarantee timely and successful project execution

As MDM Scrum Master your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Support the Leads in day-to-day project management activities including planning monitoring and reporting.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives reviews) and ensure alignment across functional and technical teams.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the project backlog user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Track progress against milestones and deliverables escalating risks and dependencies proactively.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation (RAIDs: Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) is kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities and progress.
  • Support preparation of status reports and executive updates for steering committees and leadership.
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Help coordinate cross-team activities especially between Architecture Integration and Functional Analyst workstreams.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years Experience in Agile project management or Scrum environments ideally within data or MDM programs.
  • Strong background as a Scrum Analyst Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe Kanban) and project management fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities with experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Agile/project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Confluence MS Project).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in Master Data Management Data or Software Projects.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Agilist PMI-ACP).
  • Background in global multi-stakeholder project environments.
