Job Summary
What youll do
- Collaborating in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns including social media content creation and promotional materials.
- Helping the events team with the coordination of on-site and off-site events ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of event orders and itineraries to internal teams.
- Participating in meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
- Collaborating on keeping our online channels up to date always reflecting our best self.
- Supporting the creation of graphic materials and presentations (bonus points if youre into Canva or have a great eye for design!).
- Tracking results to understand what worked what didnt and how we can improve moving forward.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- EU Nationality is required.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
