Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of Quality Assurance to join our team in Cairo Egypt. As the leader of our quality assurance department you will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing comprehensive quality management systems that ensure the highest standards of product and service quality across our organization.
- Develop and execute strategic quality assurance plans aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain quality control processes metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
- Drive the implementation of best practices and innovative quality assurance methodologies
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Oversee the development and delivery of quality-related training programs
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Assurance or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in quality assurance with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles methodologies and best practices
- Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
- Expertise in statistical analysis data interpretation and risk assessment
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is a plus

Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairos most beautiful Nile views Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypts corporate success. Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps.
