Position: Paint Quality Inspector

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paint Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials in-process products and finished goods according to established procedures and specifications

- Monitor production processes to identify and correct any quality issues or deviations from standards

- Perform visual and physical tests on paint samples to ensure color accuracy viscosity and adhesion

- Use various testing equipment and tools to measure and analyze product quality

- Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities to the production team and quality manager

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control activities and test results

- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

- Train and mentor new quality control technicians and provide guidance to production operators on quality standards and procedures

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control preferably in the paint or coatings industry

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles techniques and tools

- Experience with testing equipment and tools such as spectrophotometers viscometers and gloss meters

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time permanent position based in our manufacturing facility in 6th of October City Egypt. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate may be required to work occasional weekends or overtime to meet production deadlines.
