Job Title: Preconstruction Coordinator
Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work Hours: U.S. Central Time Zone
Position Summary
The Preconstruction Coordinator supports the Preconstruction team in preparing budgets proposals schedules and other deliverables during the early phases of a project. This role works closely with estimators project managers and business development staff to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation review and organization of preconstruction documents including estimates proposals bid forms and schedules.

Track bid invitations subcontractor responses and proposal submissions.

Maintain up-to-date project files drawings and specifications.
-
Support the team with quantity take-offs and basic estimating tasks as directed.

Communicate (primarily via phone) with subcontractors vendors and internal teams to collect necessary project information.

Help prepare presentation materials for client meetings and interviews.

Monitor and update preconstruction logs checklists and reports to ensure deadlines are met.

Perform general administrative support for the preconstruction team including scheduling meetings and distributing updates.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
