Coordinate the sales of frequency converters within the region and achieve annual sales target

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve more new customers breakthroughs

Manage and develop distributors within the region to achieve targets

Collect and analyze regional market information and provide suggestions for business development

Team management cultivating and developing high potential talents in the team and enhancing teams capabilities

Qualifications :
职位要求
Bachelor degree Majoring in Automation Electricity engineering is preferred.
本科以上学历自动化电气工程机电一体化等专业优先
5 years sales experience above well known in industrial automation market and segments especially OEM segments.
5年销售工作经历熟悉自动化市场及行业特别OEM行业客户
Have team and distributors management experience
有团队管理以及经销商管理等经验
Having strategic thinking and formulating regional development directions
有战略规划思维制定区域发展方向
Self-motivated strong ability to withstand pressure daring to challenge high goals
自我驱动较强的抗压能力敢于挑战高目标
Strong communication and coordination skills
很强的沟通协调能力
