This position is in Cargills animal nutrition and health business where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
This role could be base in San Jose Costa Rica or Sao Paulo Brazil.
TheSenior Advisor Organization Effectiveness & Talent Management is responsible for driving high-impact integrated and scalable solutions that enable a high-performing organizationfrom strategy through deploymentwithin their practice area(s). This job develops and implements processes frameworks methodologies tools templates and routines that are aligned to business strategy and deliver strong people outcomes. As a recognized subject matter expert this role leverages external benchmarking defines clear outcome/success measures and drives continuous improvement cycles. A key focus of this role includes building capability for managers and employees to effectively adopt and apply these practices to drive a high performing organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experiencein HR Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business or a related field. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business or a related field
