Job Summary

We are an allied health practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology occupational therapy and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale Eight Mile Plains Logan and Upper Coomera. 

We have filled all our 2026 Grad positions except at our Logan clinic. (Only 2 positions remain

2026 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80000.00
Superannuation: $9600.00
PD allowance: up to $4000.00 / 4 days PD leave
Total package: $93600.00

Highlights of the Grad Program:

  •  Clinic-based role - work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners not out of the boot of your car on your own
     
  •  Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period with ongoing training and development
     
  •  Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior OTs working right alongside you
     
  •  Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision & fortnightly peer supervision youll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
     
  • Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

  • Paid Parental Leave - up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave to  support parents success both at work and at home
     
  • More Annual Leave - up to 5 weeks including a week of Bonus Leave
     
  • More PD - up to 4 days PD leave per year / $4000 budget and regular in-service PD from senior practitioners

Qualifications :

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy 
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
