Job Summary

Want to make a difference supporting individuals with their goals through their strengths and interests Our quality team of Aspect Support Workers work together with Autistic adults in a community environment allowing participants to engage in activities that support and enhance independent living skills social understanding and health and wellbeing.
Multiple part time roles available (4 days per week). The hours are 08:45 15:15 Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications :

What you bring:

Certificate III or IV in Disability Services Community Service or Individual Support
Experience working in a day program supported accommodation services or a hospital setting required
Experience working with adults with complex behaviours and support needs
Engaged and willing to learn; skilled at building rapport
Motivated resilient and enthusiastic
Effective oral and written communication skills
Drivers licence (desirable)
NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance for paid employment (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state where you will be employed (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety and You. If you have not already completed this free module click here to access it.
You may also be required to provide an international police clearance

Post chat interview shortlisted candidates will progress through the following stages:

Interview (on site)
Pre-employment checks (including two reference checks)
Verbal offer made
Sign and return contract
Return new starter information
Induction - 20th October
