Become the CEO of Your Own Business with Aussie
As an Aussie Franchise Partner youll operate your own retail store under one of Australias most recognised and trusted mortgage brands. Youll be at the forefront of your community helping Australians achieve their property dreams while building a profitable business of your own.
Corio is one of Geelongs key northern growth suburbs offering affordability accessibility and strong long-term potential. Known for its family-friendly community convenient shopping centres and proximity to Geelongs CBD Corio is increasingly appealing to both first-home buyers and investors seeking value in a rising market.
The business has delivered significant year-on-year growth supported by a loyal customer base and an expanding loan book. With strong foundations already in place a new owner has the opportunity to build further scale and drive even greater results.
Running an Aussie franchise store means you will:
Lead your business Take charge of strategy operations and customer relationships as the CEO of your store.
Grow your team Recruit manage and inspire brokers and support staff to deliver outstanding service.
Drive local marketing Leverage Aussies national campaigns alongside your own community-focused initiatives.
Engage with customers Provide home loan solutions property hub services and end-to-end support for property buyers.
Manage performance Track KPIs monitor store growth and continually seek ways to increase revenue.
Build partnerships Collaborate with property professionals such as buyers agents conveyancers and referral partners to expand your network.
Qualifications :
We welcome people from all walks of life who share a passion for business ownership and helping Australians achieve their property goals.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in sales customer service business ownership finance or related fields.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A commitment to customer success and community engagement.
Training & Licensing Support:
Assistance in obtaining Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if not already held).
Enrolment in our Franchise Academy an industry-leading training program that transforms brokers into business leaders.
No prior mortgage broking experience is required just the drive to succeed and grow your own business with Australias most iconic mortgage brand.
