Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary vision and launch our new rooftop restaurant. As Head Chef youll bring creativity leadership and a passion for exceptional food while ensuring the highest standards of consistency presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and execution of Cleos Mediterranean-inspired menu with the support from the Executive Chef
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including rostering ordering and food safety compliance.
  • Manage costs effectively while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Build mentor and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
  • Champion creativity seasonality and sustainability in menu planning.
  • Partner with the front of house team to ensure seamless dining experience aligned with Cleos brand.

 


Qualifications :

About You

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-volume premium dining venues.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine techniques and ingredients.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and train a new team.
  • A passion for creating memorable dining experiences through food.
  • Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
