JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
As Head of Marketing Australia youll set the strategic direction for all marketing activity across our Build-to-Rent and Student Accommodation brands. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations youll lead a talented in-house team and agency partners to deliver commercially aligned data-driven marketing that drives leasing velocity elevates the resident experience and enhances brand strength.
Youll bring together creativity and commercial acumen - ensuring every campaign activation and initiative drives real results while reflecting Greystars premium brand experience.

Key Accountabilities
- Define and deliver the strategic marketing agenda for our Australian portfolio.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive occupancy brand awareness and resident engagement.
- Translate market insights and data into actionable strategies and performance improvements.
- Manage and mentor the national marketing team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee agency and supplier relationships ensuring creative output is on-brand on-brief and on-budget.
- Partner closely with Operations Sales and Asset Management to deliver integrated performance-focused campaigns.
- Champion ROI measurement and reporting to guide strategic business decisions.
- Build and protect cohesive premium brand identities across all touchpoints.

Youre a strategic commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a blend of creativity data fluency and leadership finesse.
Youll bring:
- Proven senior marketing leadership in real estate hospitality or lifestyle sectors: ideally in BTR or Student Accommodation.
- Experience leading brand and performance marketing across multi-site portfolios.
- Confident in delivering campaigns across both domestic and international markets.
- Strong capability in data-led campaign design and ROI reporting.
- Demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and impact.
