Job Summary
We are currently seeking Part time Food & Beverage Attendants with a combination of breakfast lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks this role has plenty of variety.
Youll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):
- Greet and welcome guests assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s) following set opening closing and daily procedures;
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station whist on shift and
- Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
- Must be Available minumu 3 shifts a week and Weekends
Qualifications :
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;
- Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail;
- Passion for customer service and
- Point of Sale (POS) experience desirable.
