About the Role:

We re looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team and support critical IRS projects. You ll manage and maintain Oracle databases end-to-end making sure they re secure stable and performing at their best. This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on impactful mission-critical systems in a collaborative team.

What You ll Do:

Install configure upgrade and patch Oracle databases.
Handle database creation migration backup recovery and disaster recovery solutions.
Implement and manage strong security protocols (encryption authentication compliance).
Monitor and tune performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Automate routine tasks with shell scripting and tools like Crontab.
Support applications troubleshoot database issues and participate in on-call rotations.
Work closely with Oracle support and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

What We re Looking For:

7 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong skills in PL/SQL performance tuning security data modeling and automation.
Basic understanding of Linux storage and networking.
Experience with ICCE and eServices is a plus.

Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
