Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others Were currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children in a school setting.
In this role youll have the opportunity to create impactful therapy programs mentor a team of Behavior Technicians collaborate with other specialists and manage your caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines state regulations and organizational policies.
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Facilitate parent/caregiver training sessions to support skill generalization across environments.
- Develop monitor and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with families caregivers educators and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
- Provide direct supervision training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
- The ability to work in a school setting.
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and verbally.
- Both an active BCBA certification and an Illinois license are required.
- A Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is required.
