Established in 2012 YogaSix is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States with over 200 independently owned and operated locations throughout the US and abroad.
YogaSix is searching for Part-Time Yoga Fitness Sales Associates to join the team at our Columbia studio. Working in partnership with the General Manager and other professional staff the Sales Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service while assisting new and current students with their membership needs class selections and merchandise purchases. We want you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong YogaSix community. Our Yoga Fitness Sales Associates are enthusiastic faces of Y6 and this role is crucial to our success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the full sales process of lead generation follow-up and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
- Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales
- Be knowledgeable about products programs and pricing
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs grand openings marathons and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Assist with maintaining a clean safe and inviting environment
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
- Attend special events and training as needed
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Excellent sales communication and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced computer skills
- Basic knowledge of products programming and pricing
- Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend lift kneel reach with hands and arms
