This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Chat Support Agent to join our team at Nitex a leading company in the Apparel & Fashion industry. As a Chat Support Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. - Provide product information and assistance with online orders

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of the Apparel & Fashion industry is a plus
