Key Responsibilities:
Receive and record in-room dining orders via phone or digital platforms promptly and accurately.
Provide guests with detailed menu information including specials ingredients and preparation times.
Confirm orders and relay them to the kitchen or relevant departments for preparation.
Address guest questions or concerns regarding menu items allergies or dietary preferences.
Coordinate with room service delivery staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Document and communicate any special requests or complaints to the management team.
Assist with billing and payment processing when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services facilities and promotions to enhance guest experience.
