Lead Product Designer Design Leadership & Collaboration
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)
About the Role
We re hiring a Lead Product Designer to serve as both a design leader and a strong collaborator across functions. You ll represent design in cross-functional conversations ensuring that it influences strategy as much as execution.
What You ll Do

Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on design priorities.

5 7 years of product design experience with leadership qualities.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.

Experience influencing roadmaps through design perspectives.

Strong portfolio showing impactful design leadership.

Excellent communication facilitation and negotiation skills.
