Novo Tree Minds is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our innovative team in Mumbai. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Banking and Mortgage industry where your creative skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual communication and brand presence.
As a Motion Designer you will be responsible for creating engaging animations and motion graphics that effectively convey our brand messages and resonate with our audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will contribute to various marketing campaigns and projects ensuring our visual content is impactful and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Create captivating animations and motion graphics for various media
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop visual concepts
- Transform scripts and storyboards into engaging animated content
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in motion design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator
- Understanding of animation principles and techniques
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Animation or a related field is preferred
