Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who combines design craft with strategic product thinking. You ll ensure design contributes not only to usability but also to shaping product direction and vision.

What You ll Do

Partner with product managers to co-create product roadmaps.
Translate strategic goals into design initiatives.
Develop frameworks that balance business impact with user needs.
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams.
Deliver designs that are scalable measurable and aligned with product vision.
Mentor designers on product sense and business alignment.

What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience in consumer-facing products.
Strong product sense with ability to influence strategy through design.
Experience working at the intersection of design product and engineering.
Portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving.
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills.
