About the Role
We re hiring a Lead Product Designer to strengthen user research and immersion practices. You ll focus on deeply understanding users ensuring that empathy and real-world context shape every design solution.

What You ll Do

Conduct user immersions interviews and contextual research.
Synthesize insights into design opportunities and frameworks.
Champion user needs and behaviors in product discussions.
Lead testing sessions to validate prototypes and refine solutions.
Partner with researchers and data teams to integrate evidence-based design.
Mentor peers in research-led design practices.

What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience with exposure to user research.
Strong ability to translate insights into actionable designs.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proven track record of designing based on evidence not assumption.
Portfolio showcasing research-driven product outcomes.
