Lead Product Designer Research & Insights Integration
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)
About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Product Designer who thrives on turning user insights into actionable design. You ll be responsible for ensuring that research and data inform every stage of the design process leading to products that are both impactful and user-centered.
What You ll Do

Drive design processes that integrate research insights and data points.

Conduct and synthesize user research to identify needs and behaviors.

Translate findings into frameworks flows and final designs.

Lead whiteboarding and problem-framing sessions with stakeholders.

Coach peers on research integration and iterative design methods.

Advocate for evidence-based decision-making across the product team.
What We re Looking For
-
5 7 years of product design experience in B2C or consumer-facing products.

Proven ability to apply qualitative and quantitative insights into design solutions.

Strong craft in prototyping testing and usability evaluation.

Experience leading discovery workshops and research-led projects.

Portfolio that highlights research-driven design outcomes.
