Lead Product Designer
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months contract (extendable)
About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design quality across core product experiences. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes lead feature development and mentor designers ensuring that every solution meets the highest standard of craft and usability.
What You ll Do

Own design direction for multiple product charters.

Conduct research immersions and translate insights into product frameworks.

Deliver high-quality design outputs that raise the craft bar for the team.

Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to align on priorities.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.
What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience in B2C technology companies.

Strong craft in visual design interaction design and prototyping.

Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Experience leading design within cross-functional teams.

Strong portfolio demonstrating execution excellence.
