You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to join our team and lead the development implementation and support of ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Field Service Management (FSM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform best practices for enterprise service management and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders.
Design develop and implement solutions in the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM HRSD and FSM modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Work closely with process owners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design and implementation plans.
Configure workflows forms UI policies business rules client scripts and integrations as needed.
Manage data loads and data integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Monitor platform performance and provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to ITSM HRSD and FSM functionalities.
Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven expertise in ITSM including Incident Problem Change Knowledge and Request Management.
Experience with HRSD workflows such as Case Management Employee Center Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
Proficiency with FSM including scheduling dispatching mobile capabilities and asset management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and technical components including scripting (JavaScript) REST/SOAP integrations and MID servers.
Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM HRSD or FSM are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they map to ServiceNow.
