Position
Senior Manager - Business Development
We are seeking a Senior Manager for Business Development based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of natural stones and proven experience driving business development across multiple states particularly in the southern region.
Key Qualifications
- Management graduate with a solid background in sales and marketing.
- Extensive experience managing regional teams across South India.
- Proven ability to recruit train and mentor teams.
- Proficiency in southern regional languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Summary
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing and executing business strategies aligned with company goals and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement business strategies in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide insights to management.
- Organize and participate in promotional events such as exhibitions and trade shows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Experience and Education
Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales of marble stone or large-format tiles in Karnataka and neighbouring states.
Compensation
Salary: Rs. 25.0 to 30.0 LPA per year (CTC all inclusive)
