As overall in charge of operations you will be responsible for maintaining the standard of service delivery levels of productivity and leadership of the team. The role includes market analysis competitive analysis marketing sizing vendor relationships client relationships team management and category merchandising.

Responsibilities
- Work on the overall management.
- Support & guide the teams engaged in soliciting outbound travelling clients making and pricing crafted itineraries bookings of hotels transport sightseeing etc and providing 24x7 support to travelling clients
- Research various destinations modes of travel prices customs weather conditions reviews etc.
- Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
- Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and accommodation securing rental transportation etc.
- Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides maps event programs etc.)
- Collect deposits and balances.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Create and update electronic records of clients

- 1 years of experience in operations / admin / business support roles
