Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a mission-driven results-oriented leader to join as Head Fundraising & Partnerships. You will define and deliver the fundraising strategy secure multi-crore partnerships and build a high-performing team to scale our impact in education.
- Location: Flexible remote with required travel
- Key outcome: Sustainable resource mobilisation to meet organisational goals
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Targets: Own 2 3 year fundraising plan and annual targets; monitor progress and refine approach.
- Pipeline & Partnerships: Build and manage pipelines for CSR foundations HNIs and institutional funders; close multi-year agreements.
- Donor Lifecycle Management: Lead prospecting cultivation stewardship grant management and timely reporting.
- Communications & Storytelling: Oversee proposals pitch decks and impact reports to ensure clear compelling donor narratives.
- Team & Systems: Recruit mentor and lead the fundraising team; implement CRM compliance and donor-management processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align fundraising asks with Programs Finance and Impact to ensure evidence-based proposals and efficient fund utilisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 16 years in fundraising partnerships or business development within nonprofits CSR or impact investing.
- Proven track record of raising 12 Cr from CSR foundations or HNIs.
- Demonstrated experience securing and managing large multi-year partnerships and grants.
- Excellent communication storytelling and proposal-writing skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
- Experience with team leadership CRM implementation and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of India s social impact ecosystem.
