As Head of Wholesale youll deliver tailored financial solutions to corporations institutions and government clients. You will drive strategic growth and profitability across the organisation through working collaboratively combining deep market expertise with strong governance and compliance. Joining this division offers the opportunity to shape high-impact financial services and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic client-focused environment.
Core Responsibilities
Define and execute the wholesale strategy.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Build and manage strategic client relationships.
Deliver bespoke financial solutions.
Oversee product innovation and enhancement.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk control.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Report performance insights to senior leadership.
Lead digital transformation initiatives.
Attract and develop talent for succession planning.
Experience Education & Certifications
Degree in Finance Business or Economics; MBA preferred.
10 years in wholesale or institutional banking.
5 years in senior leadership.
Proven success in strategic growth and transformation.
Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.
Technical Skills
Expertise in lending trade finance treasury and structured products.
Strong grasp of compliance and risk frameworks.
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer (KYC) and Basel III regulations.
