Primary Title: Employee Transport Driver (Night Shift)

A fast-growing organization in the Technology & Cloud Communications / Customer Engagement sector is hiring an on-site Night Shift Driver to safely transport employees across metropolitan and suburban routes in India. This role supports continuous business operations and requires high reliability strong safety discipline and excellent time management during night hours.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate company-provided passenger vehicles on assigned night routes to pick up and drop off employees safely and on time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects and coordinate timely maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate trip logs attendance records mileage reports and incident reports as per company policy.
• Follow traffic laws company safety protocols and COVID-19 / hygiene guidelines; enforce passenger-safety rules onboard.
• Coordinate with the transport coordinator/operations team to manage route adjustments delays and emergency backups promptly.
• Provide courteous professional service to employees; escalate safety or security concerns immediately to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Valid Indian driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle (commercial/transport endorsement where required).
• Minimum 1 3 years of proven night-time driving experience in employee/corporate transport or passenger services.
• Clean driving record with no major violations; willingness to undergo background and police verification.
• Hands-on ability to perform basic vehicle checks (tyres lights fluids) and report issues professionally.
• Comfortable using GPS/navigation apps and a smartphone for route guidance and real-time coordination.
• Strong punctuality time-management and clear communication skills in English/Hindi or regional language as required.

Preferred

• Experience driving 12 24 seater vans or tempo travellers on night shifts.
• Defensive driving certification and basic first-aid training.
• Prior exposure to corporate employee-transport schedules and shift-based operations.
