Role Overview
We re looking for an energetic and creative Social Media all-rounder who can take charge of our channels. From creating fresh content ideas to engaging with audiences you ll play a key role in boosting our online presence increasing reach and driving community engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow Passionbits social media presence across platforms (Instagram LinkedIn TikTok X etc.)
Create curate and schedule engaging posts reels and stories aligned with brand tone and goals
Brainstorm and execute new content marketing strategies to increase visibility and reach
Monitor analytics track performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement
Stay on top of social trends and adapt them creatively to Passionbits brand
Engage with followers respond to comments/messages and build community interactions

Requirements

Strong interest in social media digital marketing and content creation
Active presence on social platforms with an understanding of audience engagement
Ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns quickly
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing is a plus
