Lead Product Designer
Location: Hybrid Bangalore 6 months (extendable)
About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about mentorship and team development. Beyond driving design work you ll play a central role in coaching guiding and inspiring designers around you.
What You ll Do

Mentor junior and mid-level designers guiding them on craft frameworks and problem-solving.

Lead by example setting high standards in both design and collaboration.

Provide structured feedback and career growth support to team members.

Create opportunities for peer learning and knowledge sharing.

Partner with design leadership to shape culture and best practices.

Continue contributing hands-on to high-priority design projects.
What We re Looking For

5 7 years of product design experience with proven leadership skills.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and ownership.

Ability to coach mentor and inspire peers.

Excellent communication and feedback-giving skills.

Experience balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on design work.
