Senior Product Designer
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
6 month contract (extendable)
About the Role
We re seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve our design system. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating scalable solutions that enable teams to build faster while maintaining a consistent high-quality user experience.
What You ll Do

Lead the evolution of our design system defining patterns components and guidelines.

Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistency across products.

Document standards and provide guidance on best practices.

Conduct audits to identify gaps in design and implementation.

Balance flexibility and consistency to empower creativity while ensuring coherence.
What We re Looking For

3 5 years of product design experience with exposure to system-level design.

Strong skills in component libraries interaction patterns and documentation.

Ability to advocate for design consistency while understanding product trade-offs.

Strong cross-functional communicator who can bridge design and engineering.

Portfolio demonstrating experience building or scaling design systems.
